FAR IN THE FUTURE, VEZAANTO AND XEN find that life in the Outworld doesn't work when death itself is scrambling to feed on whatever you have. With bandits, the undead, an oppressive government, and anything else thrown their way, Vezaanto and Xen know that in order to survive - they must trust each other. They've come a long way since the neo-light city of Anderosha, but what clues could this story give to the relationship between Vezaanto and Xen?
