How long do orders take to be shipped?

• Up to 2 weeks (typically shorter).

How long will my order take to arrive once it's shipped? (standard shipping)

• US & Canada: up to 3 days.
• Europe: 1 to 2 weeks (occasional delays).
• Worldwide: Up to 8 weeks.

Can I cancel my order?

• Yes, but only before it's sent off (you'll get an email). Send an email to vezaanto@gmail.com.

Do you offer refunds/returns?

• No. However, if you have a problem with your order once it's arrived, send an email to vezaanto@gmail.com. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Can I change my order or details after I place it?

• Yes, but inform Vezaanto quickly! Send an email to vezaanto@gmail.com

I received incorrect items in my order, what do I do?

• Send an email to vezaanto @gmail.com and attach a picture. My greatest apologies.

I received damaged items, what do I do?

• Sorry, there is nothing we can do about that. I pack items securely and there is very little chance they'll receive damage.

Can I buy your products in person at a convention?

• Yes! They will also be a little cheaper. Currently I only attend cons in the US.

Who runs the shop?

• Myself (Vezaanto). I am the core artist/designer and producer for this store. I do partnerships with other artists/designers (which is listed in the specific product's description).

Product Information

Can I get my prints signed?

• Yes, all products that normally come with signatures are guaranteed at no additional cost. Check specific description for offered signatures.

What specifications are for the products?

• Each product will have its own listed specifications. I try my best to give as much information as possible.

Do you make your own prints?

• No, they are made by a local manufacturer in the United States. However, if you'd like custom material, contact me at vezaanto@gmail.com and I can get you a quote for specified prints.

Commissions

Are your commissions open?

• Yes, under certain circumstances: I only take on commercial work or commissions if I am able to use the piece in this shop/share layer files on outsourced platforms.
• Not all commissions will be accepted, these are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. See the commissions page to learn more.

What are your commission prices?

• For a quick estimate, roughly $500 - $1,500 depending on the piece. Contact me regarding commissions for a quote.

What drawing tablet do you use?

• iPad Pro (12.9-inch) (5th Generation)

What drawing software do you use?

• Procreate. Additionally, I use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Indesign for expanded layouts on top of my Procreate work.

Which brushes do you use?

• A mixture of default brushes and favorably the Jingsketch Procreate Brushes.

Do you do NSFW?

• Yes, only if you're willing to fork over an extra amount of funds.

Personal

Who are you?

• My artist name is Vezaanto, but I sometimes go by Joe Alex Villa. I am a freelance illustrator/graphic designer.
• The "Vezaanto" brand is all under a synonymous name to keep the artist, franchise, and character unified.

How long have you been drawing?

• Loved drawing since I could fill in coloring books with crayons (before Kindergarten) and began professional illustration around 2020.
